"Therefore, the development of this functional position must be planned, sustainable, and aligned with current policies. The presence of PILAR-RI is expected to serve as a platform to strengthen professionalism, competence, and networking among instructors, not only within the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources but also across all relevant work units, including those at the Ministry of Manpower," she added.

The presentation session began with the Director of Instructor Development and Training Personnel at the Ministry of Manpower, Teguh Djatmiko, who discussed policies regarding the development of functional instructor positions. The material provided insights into national policy directions and the latest regulations for functional career development.

The event continued with a presentation by the Chairman of PILAR-RI, Iwan Setiawan, who spoke on the topic of PILAR-RI as a platform for strengthening the professionalism, competence, and networking of functional instructors. The presentation explored the role of professional organizations in facilitating collaboration and capacity building for vocational trainers nationwide.

Through this socialization, it is hoped that a harmonious working relationship will be established among all stakeholders within the vocational training ecosystem.

"A strong synergy is being built between the supervising agency, work units, personnel management, professional organizations, and the instructors themselves. I hope this activity provides maximum benefits for us all, especially in improving the quality of instructors within the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and other partner organizations," she concluded.
